We are here to raise the standard. Our aim is to provide safe and transformative services to individuals that will advance them to better, more fulfilling living. We want to show you that living a good life is possible and give you the resources to do so. We hope that when people are needing guidance or support along their personal growth, they know that Project; i is here for them.

the face behind it

My name is Dayna from working in human services over the last 7 years I have noticed that there are so many people out there who want to create better for themselves but just don’t know how. After years of commitment to my own self improvement, I had an increasing amount of people wanting to know how I got to where I am and that’s how project; i begun.

In my spare time you’ll find me being chaotic, dancing, CrossFitting, crocheting, reading, doing random fun stuff and spending time with the people I love most.

I take proven methods to help people become the best version of themselves through proven practices, education and quality mentorship.

My credentials: 7 years coaching/teaching females, breath work certificate, mindfulness certificate, certificate 3 in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 trainer. Completed countless personal development courses and events from industry professionals and always continuing to expand my knowledge.

I have always had a love for mindset and self improvement ever since my competitive days of dancing, I always just wanted to be better so the little me did that as best she could. My teenage years were tough (like most people) I struggled with anxiety, low self worth and insecurities whilst also navigating a very difficult life event using unsustainable and unhealthy methods to help me cope, when I got to 18 I realised it was time to sort myself out. So enrolled in a few courses, read books and did my own study which helped me tremendously. Shortly after at 19 I got myself a coach who was studying neuroscience, where I was guided to break these things and really understand myself, this taught me lots. Moving forward I attended retreats, day events and joined a space full of profound education that I was able to implement into my life. This showed me how great life can be when you know your direction and how to get there.

what does project; i mean?

Project; i signifies the continual process of self improvement. ‘Project’ represents commitment to growth, the semicolon (;) represents the work is never done and ‘i’ refers to ones self. This name replicates everything our brand stands for as we are here to provide a home for people to come to when they want to be supported in their continual journey of bettering themselves.
