  • The Morning DOSE aims to improve the emotional and physical wellbeing of individuals by a combination of these wellness activities stretching, mindfulness and ice baths

    The class has been designed to offer an experience that assists individuals to feel greater in themselves, rejuvenate and boost their ‘happy’ neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters are directly related to having a very positive impact on ones mental health.

    This class provides a space where individuals can come at the end of the week to feel refreshed and their best selves.

  • Mindfulness/Breath Work - This component is focused around allowing your mind and body to take some needed time to yourself and slow down in our extremely fast paced society via breathing and mindfulness techniques.

    Full Body Stretch - Stretching is extremely beneficial to your mobility and reducing body soreness which ultimately improves your quality of life. Our stretching component also encourages mind and body connection allowing you to feel more in touch with yourself.

    Ice Bath - To complete the session we finish with an ice bath (optional), this has a profound impact on both physical and mental health. The ice bath provides a significant increase in the neurotransmitters dopamine and endorphins, helping you to function better.

  • Rathmines park by the lake.

    You will find us between Rathmines Bowling Club and the playground down by the water.

    If there is weather complications we hold the session at Edge Dance Studios.

    1. Comfortable clothing that you can stretch in

    2. Swimmers or clothing you feel comfortable wearing in the ice bath (changing facilities are limited, wear under your clothing)

    3. Water Bottle

    4. Towel

    5. Yoga Mat or something to place over the grass for you to stretch/lie on

    6. An open mind and positive energy

  • No! It is optional.

  • 12 years and above.

    Must be able to lie still and follow instructions.
