The DOSE package brings your private group the key features of our signature session “THE MORNING DOSE” which enhances both mental and physical wellbeing through mindfulness, stretching and ice baths.

This session has a duration ranging between 60-90 minutes. (time depends of group size and demand)

Price $70 per session with an additional fee of $5 per person participating in the ice bath component.

The ‘PERSONALISED’ package

The personalised package is something we will work with you to form to suit the needs and desires of your group. The activities within this package will be personalised and can include but are not limited to mindfulness, education, emotional regulation, education, dance and breath work. 

Session duration varies depending on the inclusions of the session and group size. Details will be communicated privately.

The price of this session will be discussed privately and created dependant on session inclusions, size and duration.

The MINDFUL package brings your private group a space to slow down, regain control and take time to improve their mental wellbeing. This session involves a  mindfulness/breath work session paired with a connection circle to engage your community and help them to feel seen. 

This session has a duration ranging between 45-90 minutes. (time depends on group size and demands)

Price $70 per session.

The ‘mindful’ package

  • Our workshops are tailored to your groups needs. By aligning the content and activities with the specific aspirations of your team, we can facilitate a more impactful experience. The customisation ensures that each session is finely tuned to address the unique needs and ambitions of the team, ultimately cultivating a happier and more accomplished group of individuals.

  • We come to your preffered location.

    (Within Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounding areas)

    Travel fee may incur if over 15km

    If you need a space, we can arrange one for you!

  • To book your session in there is just a few simple steps to follow:

    1. complete the interest form

    2. we will get in touch via email to create a session to suit your group to ensure we provide a quality experience and reach your intended outcomes

    3. once the session has been confirmed via email we will send through a link to complete payment and finalise the details of the session

    4. we will provide the session to help build your group

  • Depends on the package type.

    Price will be confirmed privately once the interest form is complete as we tailor it to the specific session inclusions.

    Sessions must go for a minimum of 45 minutes.

    Ice baths are an additional $5 per person.

  • Dayna, the founder and facilitator at Project; i, is dedicated to the pursuit of helping others improve their life through personal development activities, tools and education.

    From her extensive experiences and studies, Dayna now actively engages with various communities, including schools, CrossFit, dance, and at Project; I, helping others to be their best.
